Things have been going so well but this weekend was a return to old habits. I am finding the weekdays easy to stick to but the weekends are a different story. I think it’s boredom eating mixed with feeling hungry. We are not doing the shakes at all on the weekend and I definitely want to leave it this way but I need to find a way to manage the boredom eating when I am not busy with work.
I am thinking maybe it’s time to find a hobby to keep myself busy when I have down time.
