I have been feeling really flat and have struggled a little this week. I am still strong during the day but I have found myself wanting to snack in the early evenings and after dinner. These were always trigger times for me to eat unhealthy foods and far too much of them.
The weekend was not great and the scales were impacted by that, it is still however a loss. I am 200 grams down this week, 6.7kg all together.
I had really mixed feelings about the results on the scales this week. In one way I was disappointed with the small number loss but on the other hand I am pleased that even with a blow out weekend I am still showing a loss. I am not sure which feeling is dominant but it does show me that I need to be good on the weekend if I want to maintain steady decent loss.
