I have done so well but I am feeling the wheels start to wobble and loss of control at the moment. I am doing well during the day but struggling really badly at night once I am home.
I have realized that with the wobbles has come a lack of tracking, blogging and thinking about what I am doing. I am going to try and get back to the basics that I was doing 5 weeks ago and see if that helps.
My lack of consciousness has a direct impact on my ability to stay on track.
