I feel like I have stalled a little at the moment mentally. I am still doing pretty well sticking to the shakes during the day but mentally I don’t feel as strong as I was. I am going to try really hard to get back into the habit of tracking as I find this keeps me more conscious of what I am doing.
I felt a bit sick today and think I needed more calories as I was running around a lot at work. I had no healthy snack available and ended up eating a snack size pack of chips as it was all there was that could control the portion size easily. I need to have something at work that can keep so that I am not wasting food if I don’t eat it. Please comment with any good ideas you have 🙂
I am organised to start with a PT twice a week next week so I definitely need to have something available if I am going to be using more calories.
